Project Description
ATS has completed this D&B project to refurbish the existing hotel (Viceroy). Which has been brought out by Marriot (W - Hotel).
The awarded phases consists of two restaurants, reception area, pool deck / open air night club.
The scope of works includes stripping out the existing finishes and refurbing with MEP works, ICT works, structural works, architectural works / finishes.
The project duration was 234 days from the site mobilization
